The Downtown Milton BIA is an organization with a volunteer Board of Management consisting of eight members representing businesses in the BIA and two members of Town Council. The board’s term of office is three years, concurrent with Town Council. The Board of Management is elected by the general membership and then officially appointed by Town Council.
